The lighting in the restaurant area is dim and quite perfect, the seats are uncomfortable. The service is mostly average, some waiters behave as though they are doing you a favour while some go above and beyond. The food is usually above average. The atmosphere in the restaurant area is relaxed while the rest of the casino seems rather crowded on weekends and Thursdays. The food is fairly priced. 6/10
I have been to the Napoleon restaurant and casino many times and I have always been very happy with the food and drinks, not so happy to lose my money of course but hey it's a casino, you win some, you lose more! Haah
Fantastic food and first class service. Both restaurant and bar menus are great. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed too, well worth a visit. You don't need to be a member to go in either. Just try not to get carried away on the tables!
Absolutely brilliant. Wonderful staff. Very polite and efficient. The food is presented imaginatively. Tested magnificent. Will recommend it. A must visit venue.
Great service. Had 2 women and a gentleman (I believe he was the manager) all brilliant and very friendly. Food was excellent. The only reason this isn't a 5 out of 5 is because of the terrible attitude of the person to convert chips to cash. She was so rude which was a real shame as everyone else was brilliant! I'm sorry that I couldn't give a 5 because everything up to that point was excellent.
